What is Dokimi?

Dokimi is a network of recommended individuals working in the arts and entertainment industry. The Dokimi Network identifies talent through word of mouth connections from your professional contacts.

A network with purpose

Our mission is to empower valued talent in the arts and entertainment industry by connecting members through recommendations. The Dokimi Network strives to encourage diversity in the arts by introducing a new way to identify talent, and by broadening the current field of vision. We aim to provide a platform that can help launch new talent, as well as extending the opportunities available to established talent, at an accessible cost. Current members include Directors, Casting Directors, Choreographers, Performers, Musicians, Producers, Screen and Stage crew, Writers and Photographers.

How Dokimi is different

Our members have established trusted working relationships and are valued for their unique range of skills and their professional attitude. The value of an individual is hard to determine from a credit on a CV. The Dokimi Network fills in the gaps through word of mouth recommendation, and extends connections to establish new contacts.

Membership

How to join The Dokimi Network

REGISTER

Create a FREE Starter account. Register your profile and enable members of The Dokimi Network to recommend you for your skills and expertise.

NETWORK

Join members on Dokimi to create a mutual connection and establish your own network. When you have a connection approved you will become eligible to upgrade to Full Membership.

UPGRADE

To have full access to The Dokimi Network you can upgrade for £12 a year (£1 a month) with a one month free trial. Only approved members can upgrade.

RECOMMEND Members can give you kudos for all areas of expertise you have selected on your profile and vice versa.

DOKIMI SEARCH You can use Dokimi to search for people with specific expertise.

VISIBLE ON THE NETWORK Your profile will be visible on The Network home page.

SEARCHABLE PROFILE You will appear on search results on The Network home page.

SOUGHT CARD You can create and post a Sought Card on the Sought Board to find suggested members of Dokimi.

SUGGEST You can recommend members of your network to other members of Dokimi on the Sought Board

APPLY You can submit interest in opportunities that appear on the Sought Board.

LISTS You can create private lists to keep track of Dokimi Members and make shortlists. You can be added to lists by other members.

CONTACT You can contact Dokimi members directly through the network.
